Our sole purpose and focus is empowering deprived communities and helping disadvantaged young people.

We operate on a premise of trust, respect and integrity, which extends to all of our dealings with communities, government and business leaders and most of all our young people that we serve.

What are the roles of the Youth Ambassadors?

As a Youth Ambassador, you will:

• Be a voice and champion for other young people
• Advocate for Genuine Futures and our services
• Give honest feedback on services, staff and events offered by Genuine Futures
• Tell us about problems and the challenges young people currently face in our community
• Take part in our ‘Big Charity’ Pop Up Car Wash Events
• Assist in the creation of social media content
• Offer a helping hand and support for other young people
• Form a friendly community of ambassadors who work together all for the greater good
• Attend monthly meetings with the Youth Voice Coordinator
