Our core Genuine Futures ‘Unlocking Your Potential’ employability skills programmes equip individuals facing barriers to work with the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to sustain in work or training.
Our project will support disadvantaged, NEET young people to reach their potential through innovative and hands-on career/education support and guidance. Through previous experience, we understand that this group requires an alternative approach – outside of traditional education settings – that facilitates practical, realistic and actionable lessons and outcomes.
