Early-intervention mentoring & enterprise for young people aged 12–15.

What is R.E.S.T.O.R.E. Young Futures?

R.E.S.T.O.R.E. Young Futures is a practical mentoring and enterprise programme for young people aged 12–15 who are at risk of exclusion, NEET, care-experienced or have SEND needs.

Too many young people feel like they’ve been written off — we help them believe in themselves again with real role models, practical skills and a safe place to grow.

What does R.E.S.T.O.R.E mean?

Our framework shows how we rebuild what the system often takes away:

R — Restorative
E — Education
S — Shaping
T — Transformation
O — Opportunity
R — Resilience
E — Enterprise

 Who It’s For

*   Young people aged 12–15
*   At risk of school exclusion or disengagement
*   Care-experienced, NEET-risk or SEND
*   Needing early, practical support and real trust

What’s Included

  • Weekly small-group mentoring sessions with relatable, lived-experience mentors
  • 1:1 check-ins and wraparound support
  • Motivational talks and real stories from people who’ve been there
  • Practical enterprise activities — like our car cleaning project, when our van is ready!
  • A chance to build teamwork, money skills and self-belief in a safe, non-judgmental space

Fully Funded Taster Sessions

Thanks to our Lottery funding, we’re offering schools and PRUs a free, fully funded taster session — so you can see the impact for yourselves.
Your session includes:

*   An honest, motivational talk
*   A short enterprise or teamwork challenge
*   A chance to see our R.E.S.T.O.R.E. approach in action
