What Our Partners Say

Daisy

Bolton Brickwork Specialist

“We’re going to collaborate with Genuine Futures to deliver a bricklaying training day where young people can learn how to lay bricks, get out, try something new and see the opportunities that construction has to offer. We’re really pleased to be part of this partnership because giving young people practical experience can help build confidence and open doors into apprenticeships and employment.”

Mike Alleyne

Co-Director | Genuine Futures CIC

“Too many young people have never had the opportunity to try a trade before deciding on their future. By bringing employers and young people together, we’re replacing uncertainty with opportunity. Brick by brick, partnership by partnership, we’re helping build stronger futures for young people across Bolton. This is exactly what Boss Your Future is all about—giving young people the confidence, skills and connections they need to take that first step into employment, apprenticeships or further education.”
